The ParquetFrançais.org trade union federates the French parquet sector. It brings together French manufacturers of solid and engineered parquet, as well as installers, parquet installers and product suppliers. ParquetFrançais.org allows manufacturers, by pooling resources, to work together to optimize the quality of their products, by conducting studies and leading actions in competitive terms. The union proves the commitment of its members to the preservation of local jobs, a short circuit economy, respect for the health of consumers and end users. Union members assure consumers that the floors they buy come from sustainably managed forests and controlled sources with certifications like PEFC. Through this act of purchase, these consumers also contribute to the sustainable management of forests in France by preserving the balance between the environmental, societal and economic dimensions of the forest.
